Intellectual property

The texts, interface, code and graphic elements of the service are protected. Any reproduction beyond private use requires the publisher's written consent.

URL lists submitted by a customer belong to that customer. The publisher does not resell them, share them, or cross-reference them with another account's.

Liability

Speed Indexing gets addresses indexed on Google and Bing and measures their presence in the index. No search engine guarantees that a page will be indexed, and the publisher cannot stand in for one: this is why the credit for a URL that stayed out of the index goes back to the customer, under the terms of sale.

The publisher does not check the content or the lawfulness of the pages whose addresses are submitted. The customer remains solely responsible for them.
