Terms of sale
Version of 13 September 2026.
These terms govern the sale of credits for the Speed Indexing service, provided by Christophe Contard EI, BP 3, 15400 Riom-ès-Montagnes, France, company registration 500 901 442 00045 (“the publisher”). Any purchase implies acceptance of these terms.
1. A service for professionals
Speed Indexing is for professionals acting in the course of their business. The customer warrants that they are buying in that capacity. Consumer-specific provisions, including the right of withdrawal, do not apply.
2. What the service does
The service submits the addresses supplied by the customer for indexing on Google and Bing. It records the date on which each engine became aware of the address, then checks, seven days after sending, whether the address is in the index of each requested engine.
No search engine guarantees that a page will be indexed. The publisher therefore makes no commitment on the indexing outcome, but on the refund set out in clause 5.
3. Credits
- One credit equals one URL sent, whichever engine is requested.
- Credits are bought in packs, as a one-off payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no minimum purchase.
- Credits do not expire. They stay on the account until used.
- Twenty credits are granted when the account is created. They follow the same rules but are neither refundable nor transferable.
- Listed prices are net. No VAT is charged: the publisher is a French micro-enterprise under the VAT exemption of article 293 B of the French tax code, and the invoice states it.
4. Checks before billing
Every address is checked before it goes out. Set aside, with no credit charged: noindex addresses, 404 and 403 responses, addresses blocked by the customer's robots.txt, addresses whose canonical tag points elsewhere, and addresses already sent by the same customer less than thirty days earlier. The reason is shown in the batch detail.
5. Refund
Seven days after sending, the publisher queries the index of each requested engine. If none of the requested engines has the address in its index, the credit is returned in full, automatically, with nothing for the customer to claim. The movement is dated and visible in the account.
Where several engines are requested and only one indexes the address, the credit is spent.
6. Customer obligations
The customer warrants that they are entitled to submit the addresses they provide. They remain solely responsible for the content and the lawfulness of the corresponding pages. The publisher may refuse or stop a submission involving unlawful content, and suspend the account concerned.
The API key is personal. The customer answers for the calls made with it and revokes it from their account if it is compromised.
7. Payment and invoices
Payment is by card through the provider Stripe. The invoice lands in the account area as soon as the payment goes through.
8. Refunds in money
Purchased credits are not refundable in money: they do not expire and remain usable. The refund under clause 5 is made in credits, never in cash.
9. Availability
The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep the service running. An interruption for maintenance or for an external cause gives no right to compensation; unused credits remain on the account.
10. Closing the account
The customer may close their account at any time from their settings. Closing erases their batches and URLs; remaining credits are lost, with no refund.
11. Personal data
Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, disputes fall to the competent courts of the publisher's jurisdiction.
